How much is Nikon d7000 & 50mm 1.4G worth?

I'm wanting to sell my Nikon d7000 body camera and 50mm 1.4G lens both just over a year old, have originally boxes and accessories. All working in excellent condition. I'm selling due to upgrading to full frame. I've been offered £400 for body & lens so far. Body only is still £570 brand new in shops. No silly replies please.

£400 is high from where I'm. You won't get near £500 if that is what you were hoping for.

I reckon you don't need the benefit of full-frame, why not post a link to your 'flicker' account and ask the photography section what they think.

Full-Frame does bring benefits, I just get the impression you are upgrading too soon, a Full-Frame sensor camera won't improve your photography and doesn't make your images interesting.

I use a D7000 and have been making images for around 40 years, I must admit though the D750 has caught my attention.

The body is getting from £350 to £550, used.

So, I'd say that they low balled you. If you are in a hurry, I'd guess you could get £500. Taking your time and featuring how well maintained it is, you could get up to £700.

After a year, I'd say half of what you paid. It was announced in 2010 and is discontinued.

The price offered is fair.
