How to reset my nikon d3100 to factory settings?

I don't see any green dots or buttons, and i can't use my retouch settings or anyting because of the "current settings".

Have you bothered to read your owner's manual?

The answer is on page 131 of your manual. How did I find it? I have downloaded a copy of the manual and searched for "reset". I know you can do the same.
