Unless you actually live in the PRC, all this is moot. Prices are more or less fixed world wide. There are no killer deals to be made. If you buy a camera in China, it will have been made for the Chinese market. All the booklets, ETC., will be in Chinese. If you take the camera out of the country, there can be a problem with the warranty.

You'd be better off asking a dealer - if you can't understand him, you haven't a hope of understanding the manual.
