Why does my cellphone camera make me look sick?

Through a high quality nikon camera i look great but my cellphone camera makes my cheeks look chubby my face looks pale and i look depressed.
its the same for everyone i take a picture of
anyone else like that?

Depends on the cell but it is most likely due to either a low quaility camera, or poor lighting or both!
