What's a VIP private box?

I'm buying this One Direction concert ticket for my little sister at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater, and I scrolled down the list and I found a "VIP private box" what's that?

Your at the way top of the rows and you get food ad stuff but you can barely see the boys and you can't meet them
