What is the better micro 4/3 digital camera?

I'm in the market for an interchangeable lens camera and I'm thinking about either a Nikon V1, Sony NEX-5N, or Sony NEX-7. I'm a beginner looking to improve and get the most out of my investment but I don't want to spend too much if I don't need to.

If you don't want to spend too much, the Nikon 3100, or 5100 with Live View.

All these NEW Mirco 4/3, Nikon V1, Sony… Cheap to begin with, after the complete package, they are expensive toys.

Go to a camera shop, try out how fast you can take 10 pictures, then think do you want a camera or do you want a toys.
