What are some GOOD cameras? Canon?
I'm looking for a camera, not a point-and-shoot… But not a huge camera that i have to buy lenses for. But i definitely don't want a small compact camera. I bought a nikon but had to return it because the quality was terrible. What do you suggest? I'm kinda leaning towards a canon, so what canon do you recommend? Also, are they are any of these types of cameras with rechargeable battery packs?
Yeah, go for Canon. Go for Canon Rebel.
Either the Rebel T1i or T2i or T3i.
If you are on a budget, then go for the T1i.
If you are not on a budget go for T2i or T3i.

The cameras recommended by Elena all use interchangeable lenses. Look into the Canon SX30 IS is an excellent "bridge" camera. The difference the lens is NOT interchangeable with another lens. But the zoom is so long that other lenses are not necessary.
