Suggest me a DSLR camera that has no video?

That would be the D3000 then. Of course, video aside the D3100 is vastly superior but it does have video and it's a bit more expensive.

Why does it matter if it has video?
The D3100 is $600 and the D5000 can be found on offer for $629 both come with an 18-55mm lens.
Of course they both do video though.
