I just bought a Nikon N65 SLR?
I need it for my photography class. But i'm feeling that i got ripped off bc i spent 250$ for it. Its brand new but i'm upset that i had to lay out this kind of money when i'm not even sure that i like photography. Can i sell it when i'm done with the class?
It's your camera, you can sell it anytime you want.
I'm not totally sure about it but these are the only brand new film SLRs I know.
Yes, that sounds like a rip off, unless it came with a really nice lens - which seems unlikely. Undo the deal if anyhow possible.
Keep in mind, the N65 has been discontinued in 2006, so it's highly unlikely that it's a really a new one (which also would imply warranty!), so it may have been falsely advertised. Depending on how it was advertised you might even threaten to file fraud charges to make them cooperate, but for that you first should verify that it really isn't in perfectly original condition.
If you could undo the deal, then show us here on YA what you're about to buy instead, so we can tell you if it's a good deal or not. For $250 you could have gotten a fine used N100, which is a semi-professional grade SLR.
E.g.here is a used N65 (without a lens!) in apparently very good condition for $40:

Or a N80 with a basic lens for $60. The N80 is a much better camera than the N65, i use one myself. Its only downside is that it takes obscure batteries.
That lens probably is mediocre at best, but it should do the job for a photography class:

(you'll also need a new battery with that one)
Here one with a lens that i know to be ok, and perhaps even with operational battery

One advantage of the used ones is that you can re-sell them again without much loss. If you really got a new one, then you can't re-sell it as new anymore, and will make a lot of loss.
Edit:
I really don't want to sound like a parent, but first you got yourself into the photography class stuff without knowing what you'll need, and now this. Mark it as a lesson learned to be more considerate in the future when you're getting yourself into something. Especially when money is at stake. Personally i've made it a habit that whenever i'm about to spend more than 100€, i take some minutes to google for what i'm actually spending it for to make sure that i get a decent deal.
