Professional Cameras?
Are there specific digital cameras from brand name companies such as: Nikon, Sony, Canon, and etc. That take professional pictures like the following?

And what would be the cost of it? I'm aware it would be more than $500 and way up! Haha!
Added (1). Lol, to be more specific which type of cameras can allow the person taking the picture, make it look professional? And how do such photos come out so perfect?
Added (2). Oh thanks! Do you know how much I'd have to spend?
A Canon Rebel or Nikon D5100 can achieve those shots so long as the person using it knows what they're doing. NO camera takes professional quality images. The person behind it is the one creating professional images.
ETA…
I just gave you two types of cameras. They're called DSLRs and any person willing to learn how to use them properly can create them. This means studying lighting, composition, exposure, and much more.
Actually, professional cameras start from $2500. What you are thinking of is a dSLR, and yes, they do start at $500.
Any dSLR can give you excellent results IF the photographer knows what they're doing.without a basic understanding of exposure and composition, you're not gonna get squat out of a quality dSLR. Especially don't expect professional looking photos if all you're going to do is put the camera on auto mode.
Some entry-level models you can take a look at would be the Canon Rebel T3 and the Nikon D3100. But I can't stress enough that a good camera is not what makes a good photo!
Aside from the camera being a dSLR, there's nothing much out of the ordinary with those shots. The dSLR is the only camera that offers a photographer all the controls needed to take a picture the way he wants it to come out. That means the photographer must know what he's doing in the first place. The dSLR in the hands of someone who is not familiar with the basics of photography will not get the same shots consistently. It's all in the photographer's ability. The camera is just a tool.
To make it perfect, there's always computer graphics editors to run to.
How much? $550 is the usual starting price of dSLR cameras. Make sure you get one with a lens. Dedicate time to learn the basics.
