Nikon lens 55-200mm or 55-300mm?
I gonna shoot a film and so I'm in search for lens of good zooming capabilities? I need to know what is 200mm or 300mm n how far can it just focus the objects. Which one can be used for capturing moving objects.
Here you can try out various different focal length settings. You'll notice that the difference between 200mm and 300mm isn't that big:

Extra reach is always a good thing.
Here is how the various focal lengths of lenses "see" things

And more on focal lengths
I like the build quality of the 55-200mm better than the 55-300mm. One big difference is the 55-200 is internal focus, where the 55-300 is external focus.
The internal focus is just better. Internal focus means the lens does not protrude in or out when focusing, but rather, the focusing element moves within the lens. External focus means the lens barrel moves out in and out as it focuses. But the real issue is that the lens barrel also rotates as it focuses. This is not good if you want to use a polarizer or graduated and filter.
Both lenses however, extend the barrel as you zoom in and out.
And there's not a huge difference between 200mm and 300mm.
