Nikon J1 Camera Battery Life?

I have a NIkon J1 Camera which came with a EN-EL 20 Battery. I have heard that it lasts 230 shots. I was wondering how many hours this really lasts instead of being told the amount of shots. Is it like 3 hours? 4 hours?

How many hours you can use the camera depends upon your energy management.

By turning off the camera between shots, will dramatically increase the length of time you can use the camera.

The only way for you to determine how many hours your battery will power the camera is to do your own tests.
