Nikon DSLR firmware?

Is there a way to get Nikon DSLR firmware (Not an update from Nikon USA website). The original Firmware that comes with the camera.

I guess there's a reason for not wanting to update the firmware on your camera, but I can't think of one.

I suggest you contact Nikon directly and ask them. After all they are the experts here.

Check https://nikonhacker.com/ if you're trying to get around Nikon's block of using 3rd party batteries and lenses. They may have a solution.

Nikon doesn't allow you to fall back to a previous version of the firmware. You will need some hack to do it.

I haven't heard of a firmware rollback yet. If you wanted to do that, go the the service center.
