Nikon D3400 will be fine with f1.2 lens and any other modern lens?
Nikon D3400 will be fine with f1.2 lens and any other modern lens?
Yes if it fits the mount
Yes, if the f1.2 lens has the modern facilities needed by the D3400 - there have been manual focus Nikkors of f1.2 since at lease the late 1980s, and probably earlier - those lenses would be a pain to work on a D3400.
As a matter of interest - why do you "need" f1.2? Will you be photographing black cats in coal cellars? You would save money by getting the f1.4, which would give you almost as much light-gathering power, and scarcely any difference in "bokeh" (blur in the background).
Ah, this one again.
Nikon make two broad lens types - motorised and non-motorised. The D3400 has no body motor, so you need lenses (AF-S) with built-in motors if you want autofocus. While a 50mm f1.2 will fit, I seriously doubt your need for one, since the f1.8 version does much the same at a much lower price.
- Does AF Fine Tuning vary from particular camera body and lens to the same camera and lens?
