What are the differences between these lenses? - 2

Nikon AF Mt 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Tamron Di II VC Lens AND
Nikon 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S DX Nikkor Lens

I know there's a distance between the two of them but what exactly are the differences? Which one is better?

The Nikkor's probably the better lens, but the differences won't be that great and the Tamron will be cheaper.
