Is this 24-70mm lens real. (super cheap)?

I know a Nikkor 24-70mm lens is usually around $1500-$1800… So why is this "IX-Nikkor" Lens only 60! Someone please clarify this for me… I don't want to order this and it end up being something that isn't even a lens… Haha. Because it's for the IX system. It fits nothing else but those few cameras. It does NOT fit any nikon DSLR!

I think $60 is a little high for this lens. It's the IX mount.
It only fits on Nikon APS film SLR cameras.
