Kinda new to dslr cameras will this lense fit this camera?

That particular lens has a Pentax mount. It would not fit your Nikon camera. There's a Nikon-compatible version available, but the cheap 70-300mm lenses are not very sharp.
A better lens is this one

and even better is this one

To get good results at long focal lenths you should use a tripod--a good one, not a cheap flimsy one.

No, you need a lens in Nikon fit - Sigma do make them, but for the D3200, you also need the HSM version (Sigma's equivalent of Nikon's AF-S) which has a built-in motor.
You also need to learn to spell, 'Lens.'
