Unfortunately, no. Although its probably feasible given today's technology, such a lens would be very large and heavy and ridiculously expensive. Lets look at a couple of current Nikon f2.8G zoom lenses:

AF-S 17-55mm f2.8G DX ED-IF $1, 439.00

AF-S 70-200mm f2.8G ED VR II $2, 396.95

A mere $3, 835.95 for 2 fast Nikon zoom lenses.

No, there isn't. A lens like that would probably cost over $100.000 and weigh 80 pounds or something.

No. A lens with that high power would not be practical to make in a f/2.8 configuration as it would be very heavy and bulky.

And no one would buy it as 18-200mm is considered a consumer-grade lens (as opposed to professional grade), but would have a professional grade price tag.
