Is it cheaper to buy a DSLR camera in hong kong or malaysia?

I'm looking to get a nikon or a canon. Do let me know.

In the long run, it is cheaper to buy at home country [in the sense of convenience] because of warranty and servicing issues… I.e. If you are a citizen of Hong Kong, buy in Hong Kong [probably made in mainland China]. If Malaysian, buy in Malaysia] probably made in Thailand].
"Cheaper" is relative. Do not just look at the money value alone.
