I'm planning to buy digital camera this month and my budget is Rs 8000?

Which brand is best ( Sony / Nikon / Canon / FujiFilm / Kodak / Panosonic / any other… ) and should also have most of the features.

How many MP(8 MP, 10 MP, 12 MP… ) is sufficient enough?
Any website ( URL ) where I can see the photos / snaps taken in different MP? ( so that I can see the size of the photos for the respective MP )
