What's a reasonable price for a used nikon d300s with 70k shutter actuations?

I'm looking to sell a used nikon d300s with around 70k shutter actuations, but I'm not sure what a reasonable is.

70, 000 shutter count is about 2/3rds of this cameras expected life of 100, 000. Take that into consideration if you want to buy.
As time goes by lots of things could go wrong as a camera is being used so be very careful.
If you're the seller, I don't know how much you can get… What the market will bare I suppose.

The D300 is stress tested to 200, 000 shutter cycles.
Under normal shooting conditions, you will never put that much stress on your camera
Take a look at what people are asking for D300 cameras on craigslist in your area.
Here is one in the Phoenix area.
