Nikon d200 with sigma 18-200 with $600?

Shutter count 8000. Should i get it.
another option for me is going for nikon d5000(at the same price) which lacks wireless flash and HSS. I want to spend less in af-s lense. So it would be good for me to spend on a body which has built in focus motor. As i wish to take photo with flash or mostly in daylight so high iso also not that important for me.currently nikon d90 is $850 body only. So it is out of my budget and as d90 don't have time lapse option then nikon d200 is the only option available. What do you think
Added (1). The seller is asking $700 but i think that would be too much

Do realize that a D200 doesn't have scene modes. So you'd be forced to start thinking about aperture and shutter speed from the moment you got it.

I might be.
The shutter cycle count is very low. The camera was rarely used. Average shutter cycle counts on D200 camera are closer to 25, 000 to 30, 000.
Offer $600 and negotiate from there
The Sigma lens is what devalues the camera/lens package.
