Macro extension tubes compatible for the Nikon D200?

I have a 18-55mm and a 70-300mm lens, and I'm not getting the macro I want to.
Can you guys help me with this?
-Which macro tubes should I get
-Which lens do I use with the macro tubes with
-How close can I get
I'm getting shots like this:
And I want to get a shot like this:
Added (1). Thanks fhotoace, I don't really care if I have to manually focus the lens, cus I would manually focus on macro shots anyway.
Do you where I can get any? And which ones do you recommend?
Added (2). Would these work too?

I have used my extension tubes on my F4, D200 and D300. They work fine.
Just remember you will have to meter and focus manually

People seem to like Kenko tubes: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/...ml#reviews
There's no glass in extension tubes so no loss of image quality vs. Nikon brand stuff. They're cheaper, and Kenko even preserves auto-focus.
I use a Kenko 1.4x teleconverter in combination with D200 and a Nikon 80-200mm. Good optics, also preserves AF where the Nikon brand won't (an AF-D lens in my case), and the build quality is okay. There's a tiny bit of play between body and TC, but it gets the job done. (For the occasional macro shot I have a beat up old Nikon 55mm f/2.8.)
-Which macro tubes should I get
Splurge and treat yourself to the kit.
-Which lens do I use with the macro tubes with
Either.
-How close can I get
Close enough.

I suppose so. Zeikos air is as good as Nikon air. You'd have to Google for some reviews… I just did a quick search but that didn't turn up much. For that price I'd worry about breaking them during normal use.
