Is there any difference between photography camera and video camera Lenses?

I mean, can we use for example Nikon D800 lenses on XDCAM Sony Ex3 Camcorders?

There's, yeah. Two big differences:

a) They use a different lens mount. You'll need to buy an adapter, and you'll have to set the focus and aperture manually instead of letting the camera do it.
b) An Ex3 has a tiny sensor compared to a D800. Think of it as cropping a small section from the middle of a photo. The conversion is about 5x, so that a 50mm lens will seem like a 250mm lens, and a 200mm lens will seem like a 1000mm lens. This really limits the kind of things that you can use Nikon lenses for.

A smaller thing, and this is just a general kind of difference between photo and cine lenses, is that photo lenses generally change focal length a lot more as they focus. It doesn't matter for stills, but on video or film it can cause an undesirable zoom effect.
