We've heard about lots of problems with cameras and the apple computers. If you plug in your card reader then do a search, being a pc user i don't know what it's called, but it should show up in your files list on your hard drive. Open it from there to upload your files.
So, maybe you need some computer lessons. Lesson one, plug your card/card reader into your computer. Go to 'computer' and open your reader as a drive. Then copy/paste from your card to your documents/pictures folder.
I'm a "MAC" user so THAT is not the problem. In fact it is very simple.
I bought a $6.00 "SD" car reader.
1. I insert the memory card into the card reader.
2. I insert the memory card reader into an available USB port on my computer or my computer "hub".
3. Wammo, Presto, What ever you want to call it. A WHITE BOX APPEARS ON MY DESK TOP>
4. Double click the white box and TWO folders are presented to you.
5. You photo files are in one of the two folders.
6. Then drag photo files to desk top or a folder in "My pictures", and that is all there's to it!
Most people try to connect the cord that comes with cameras. This is a pain in the neck and if you keep trying that, be sure to reserve a bed in your towns mental hospitall!
Buy that card reader available at most stores that sell cameras.
