I'm bigginer photographer & I need help in choosing my 1st extra lens these are few lenses i came across what's the best 1?

Tamron LD A17N2 70 mm - 300 mm F/4.0-5.6 AF Di Lens
I'm currently using a Nikon D3100 as my camera body.
