Every nikon flash, but if you are on a budget, I strongly recommend the SB-600, it's affordable, durable, and easy to use. You can get this flash for around $200 if you do some research: D
But if you want something cheaper (and not planning to upgrade to any camera in the future), get the SB-400 which is around 80 bucks.
Check out Nissin flashes too, they are generally cheaper than Nikon's alternative.
But, you should opt for Nikon flashes. Why? Nobody understands their camera better than their own manufacturers: D.

I use an SB-900 on and off my D300.It has an extremely fast recovery rate and is quite powerful. It's not the cheapest flash out there but it's perfect for me (weddings and portraits).
