What is the Nikon D90 Similar Camera from Canon?
I'm planning to get a new camera
i like the Nikon D90 very much
but just questioning, what is the camera from canon that has
the same specifications or at least the most of them?
Maybe the 550D. They're similar in price.
40D/50D. Nice viewfinders. Different thumbwheel layout to Nikon.
Canon's new 60D is probably the closest match but, it is a bit more expensive than the D90 right now and no one has it in stock yet. The D90 is expected to be replaced very soon so you might want to wait to see if the newer model will be a better fit or if the D90's price will drop with the introduction of a new model.
Actually the Nikon D3100 is similar to the Canon 550D, $200 less costly and is the only one that can auto-focus when shooting video.
The Canon camera similar to the Nikon D90 is the 50D
I personally prefer Canon EOS Rebel T2i 18 MP CMOS APS-C Digital SLR Camera which is really good. It is same as nikon d90.

Canon 40D. If you want D90 performance without D90 prices, get a used Sony A700.
