What is a Really good camera for 200?

200 (maybe a little over [like $50]) is my limit to what I will spend on the camera. But I want something that is almost "professional" like. Like when you take the picture it has really good quality. Nothing that's like a regular looking camera, but that ones that are like the Nikon D70s (is that one any good?)

Fuji S2950, Pro type photos are made by the picture taker, not the camera.
