What DSLR Camera should I choose from Nikon d3200 and Sony Alpha a3500?

I'm already having a Sony alpha a3500, but I want to sell it and, i believe that Nikon d3200 is better than the Sony's. As I also want to keep everything in my budget, I'm thinking about buying d3200. But can anybody please suggest me about my Sony camera, that should I keep it or sell for the other one that is Nikon d3200.

Please reply to my question As soon as possible.
You'll be hugely appreciated for your PRICELESS answer.

If your Sony is in pristine condition, figure on being able to get about 60% of what you paid for it when you sell it on craigslist or eBay

If you want me to try and convince you to keep your Sony A3500, you are looking in the wrong place.

The few of my colleagues who bought into the Sony dSLR system years ago have since moved over to either Nikon or Canon cameras, mainly for the number of lenses and accessories that are available as well as the professional services supplied by both Nikon and Canon.

The Sony A3500 is a brand new camera model. What possessed you to buy a camera that you were not sure would fit your needs as a photographer?

As you can see, the is a price for not doing a full and complete research process when buying into a camera system.

As you may have found, the hybird Canon SLT camera eats a little light so your exposure times or lens apertures will have to be about a third stop more than when using a dSLR with a mirror and optical viewfinder.

DP Review has a nice full review of the Nikon D3200, but none yet on the Sony A3500, so I really can't compare the two camera systems in any complete way.

I have linked a specification comparison and the full review of the D3200 in the Source window.

Generally it is prudent to thoroughly research the various choice of an entry level dSLR by visiting the cameras websites, DP Review, DXOmark and other reliable sources of information on both the camera itself and the system that supports it.

Before you sell your Sony and spend a dime on the Nikon, do your research so that in six months or a year, you are not going through the same costly process, switching to a different camera system.

1) Nikon AREN'T better than Sony - Nikon just say that to sell more cameras.

2) The D3200 is only a better camera than the A3500, because the D3200 is a DSLR - the A3500 is NOT a DSLR, and if you were told it was when you bought it, your dealer is a liar.

The Sony A3500 is an EVIL model, without a reflex mirror. Sony's SLT A-58 is their direct equivalent of the Nikon D3200 (for which Sony provide the sensors).
