I have the Nikon D3200
what setting would be best for shooting photos of snow, possibly getting the snow flurries in the photos, and if not, what would just give the best quality photo?

You've got a digital camera. Try different exposures and see what works. There's no right answer because light varies all day and the weather will have a large effect on the light. Use your camera's exposure meter to see what the camera thinks and work from there. You may need to underexpose if it's bright.

For a snow flurry you may need a flash to illuminate the flakes. You may want a longer exposure to add some movement (use a tripod)

Simple. Set your shutter speed to 1/2. Set your ISO to 3200. Set your aperture to f/4

When shooting white on white as snow, or black on black. You need to overexpose by one to two f/stops. You have a built in exposure meter-you need to use it. Also many of todays digital cameras have a multiple setting situation, where you can take pictures of everything from sunsets to snow scenes.

It's in the manual for your particular camera.
