Tripod recommendations?

Any recommendations for a DSLR camera tripods? I'm looking for something (ideally) under $75. I have a Nikon D5100 & my 10-year-old tripod finally gave out on me.

This is affordable but build extremely well. It can easily compete with the more expensive entry level offerings from manfrotto.
