If you're talking about the Rokinon/Samyang/Bower/Whoever stuck their labels on this week's batch, yes, it does come in Nikon fit.

It won't allow AF, though (not a problem at 8mm), and you'll need the chipped version if you want your TTL metering to work.

Andrew has it right.

If you really think you need to focus such a lens, then just use the electronic rangefinder in your cameras viewfinder to assure sharp focus. Usually at f/5.6 or f/8, the lens will be at its sharpest lens aperture.

Since you did not specify the lens brand and model, it is impossible to tell.

Two things are required for use on your camera.

1. A F-Mount lens. Nikon's lens mount is called a F-Mount, and only those lenses made to that specification will fit.

2. A focus motor in the lens if you want to autofocus on your camera. For Nikon lenses, they are known as AF-S (Nikon AF lenses will not autofocus). Tokina for instance, has a designation of DX for their lenses that will not autofocus on your camera, and DX2 (DXII) for lenses that will autofocus on your camera.

Other manufacturers, such as Sigma, and Tamron have different designations for their lenses having internal focus motors, so you will have to cross-reference the lens to their specs that you are interested in.

Yes.

The one at the top of the list is the only one that can autofocus. The rest are manual. Note the price difference.
