Should I sell the Nikon D5100 and buy the Canon T4i?

I know its a very amateur question but the t4i looks very cool with its updated feature.

I only recently bought the nikon d5100 for 699 at future shop a couple months back.

I slaped it on kijiji and looks like people are offering around 500-650 range.

What do you guy thinks?

You are funny.

You bought a Nikon system for a reason. Switching to Canon is going to be very expensive and your D5100 being one of the best entry level cameras makes no sense. My guess is that you have yet to learn how to use your D5100 and think that buying a different camera will make you a better photographer. This is NOT so.

If your photos are excellent now, buying a new camera system will NOT make them any better. Only your skills can do that.

Cameras are tools. Whether they "look cool" has nothing to do with how well you can make them perform

Definitely. Canon is definitely the better way to go. I think the T4i looks nicer, works nicer, and it's a great camera that takes AMAZING pictures!
