Professional Photography/Recording Videos Camera at a reasonable price?

Any recrommendations on a Professional Phtotography/Recording video camera at a reasonal price. Profession, not meaning pro pro; but the ones with lenses like something like the OLYMUS PEN OR the Nikon d3100. At a decent price range.under the price of 1000.

The D3100 and Canon T2i are both well under $1000.

I own and recommend the Canon eos t1i. It's about $750 with an 18-55 lens. That would leave you some left over for a second lens… You couldn't buy a real good lens for that but perhaps a
50mm f/1.8.

My t1i gives me crisp, clean photos and video.
