Need some help from you guys in choosing the best of these two cameras?

After long contemplations it has come down to these two:

( not the best but has a decently wide lens that comes with it)

I would prefer to get something that I can gradually upgrade thru time and easily find parts for it
However I'm not sure which of the two that might be,

It sounds as if you already have the beginnings of a Nikon system

Changing systems is ALWAYS expensive.

Have a look at the Nikon D90 and save your pennies a little longer, you will be much happier with it much more advanced features

With the eventual ability upgrade to a Nikon D3, choosing the NIkon may be the better system to choose
