Nikon d90 display screen?

I want to take off the screen off like when you take a picture it shows up on the screen right after you take the picture. How do you take the picture without it coming on the screen by itself

You're not the only one to lose a manual, you can download these from the nikon website.

You can turn instant preview off. Just dig into the menu system.
