Nikon D3100 Recording?

I just got the Nikon D3100 and I can only record 30seconds, can I make it longer?

Do you have a class six or higher SD card? They should be able to record up to ten minutes for each video you take in HD. You need a class six or higher because that's the only way to write the memory fast enough. I would suggest getting a class ten sd card, because even though the class six is technically fast enough, it will still mess up some on recording video.
