Nikon D3000 flash umbrellas?

I have a Nikon D3000 & am looking to buy Flash umbrellas for them.
Any advice, links, or opinons on what kind I should buy?

You can get flash umbrellas in Gold, Siver, White, Shoot-thru etc
You'll need stands, flash brackets ( to hold the umbrella and a flashgun or lighting head) and a flashgun… Or lighting head… And wireless flash triggers or hotshoe adaptor and pc leads… And some nice backgrounds… And stands for the backgrounds.
Then you're good to go.

Well to start off with, you'll need an external flash! You can go Nikon brand (expensive) or get a cheaper manual flash. I recommend the Yongnuo YN560 (£60). You have to set power output manually on it.
You need the flash off camera if you are putting an umbrella on it, so you'll need some means of triggering the flash from the camera. Wireless radio triggers are best - the Yongnuo RF602's cost about £25 and the are very reliable & have a good range.
A lightstand & umbrella bracket will cost around £25 (stand around £10), but you need a bracket to fix the flash onto a lightstand, like this;

You can have a reflective or shoot through umbrella - or one that does both (it has a removable black cover), like this;
