New user with Nikon D5000
So i got this Nikon D5000 two days ago and I barely have any ideas ow to use these features. Like modeling, fashion, landscapes, etc.
Pictures that I'm inspired to take are like:
&
and
etc. I was wondering what settings do you need to put for self portrait photos like the first two examples to have great quality with nice colors?
Also I'm getting a tripod and I have the basic 18-55mm lenses.
The very first thing I recommend is finding a comfortable, well lit chair. Your camera in your lap and the book in your hand. Read. Come across something you want to check out, turn the camera on and try it.
Photos like what you sent take talent, not just a camera. The camera is only a tool. 95% of any photo is behind the camera.
Take your time and learn to use this camera.
