New MacBook Pro 15, More Ram, or Better Processor better?

I want to purchase one of the new MacBook Pros (15") in the near future. I'm looking at the 15" 2.2GHz model, and since in need to get it to £2k (because then i get the VAT off to get it down to £1600) i was wandering if it's better to upgrade the ram from 4GB to 8GB, or to upgrade the processor from 2.2GHz to 2.3GHz.

I'm mainly going to be using it for photo editing, (RAW Files from a Nikon D90, in both aperture and photoshop), and Video editing (in iMovie). As well as all the standard web browsing, email etc etc etc.

Please don't go on about the price or anything like that. I just want to know if its more worth while investing in the extra RAM or the extra 0.1GHz of processing power.

Thank you in advance.

Added (1). I want a Mac, and arguably need a Mac, because PCs suck, and i'm used to Mac OS X and just prefer the way that they work. I also have used a Mac for the last 5 years, and am used to it, and have software for it, and by the time i had got a £800 PC, plus Office, Photoshop, and a decent video editing suite, i would be at £1600 anyway. So… Might as well just stick with mac!

I would say the processor. Not only does it have.1GHz more, but it has more cache and can turbo boost up to 3.4GHz. Thats really fast.

RAM can always be upgraded, the processor is stuck with you forever, better get the best processor you can as it will stay with you for the life of the machine.

I would say buy a desktop or PC laptop spend much less on better parts, but if this is what you want (for some reason) the increased speed isn't worth that much (100mhz difference you will NEVER see), so ram.
