Neewer flash and Nikon D3000?
I bought a Neewer speedlite tt560 and no matter what setting I use on my camera the flash only triggers 3 times and it it super slow and won't sync with the camera making the images blurry. Not sure how to fix this and what settings to use so it fires everytime and won't turn out blurry.
10 points to whoever can tell me what to do!
Make sure that your shutter speed is set to 1/200th second when using your flash. My guess is that the shutter speed is much slower, causing blurred images.
Inexpensive flash units can get hot even after 3 shots so, has to cool off. Too bad you did not buy a good used Nikon SB-600.
Inexpensive 3rd party flash units do not always work well. Some of them are not even automatic (that is, work with Nikon's iTTL signals), and have to be used on manual mode only (flash and camera both in manual mode).
Typically with these flashes, you use a shutter speed of 1/60, but you might get away with 1/125, but usually no faster.
Buying the manufacturer brand speedlight is one thing I always recommend.
You get what you pay for - reviews on that unit are not good! I always doubt a flash that claims to be a single model compatible with"ALL" Canon, Nikon, Pentax and Sony cameras. Hmm… I doubt that VERY much!
Batteries are important. Alkaline batteries are no good for a flash gun - after a few shots they just can't supply the current needed and just get slower and slower and slower! Get some AA size NIMH rechargeables with capacity of at least 2000mAh. Like these:

Now with decent batteries:
Put the camera in M mode
Set ISO to 200, shutter speed to 1/100 and aperture to F/5.6
Now try it.
