Memory card for my Nikon D7000?

Ok I know this is probably a really stupid question. And I should know the answer. But, I don't. I have a Nikon D7000, and had several memory cards to go with it. All of them but one were small cheapy ones that I had extra just incase of an emergency, but do to some unfortunate events All of my memory cards have disappeared. Horrible HORRIBLE horrible! I'm a photographer (thank goodness I have back ups off all of my pictures) and I have a shoot coming up on Friday so I need to replace my card As soon as possible! Here is my question (like I said I should know but I don't) What kind of memory card works best I know that lower end ones do not allow me to shoot with the CH option. So I need something that is high performance I guess. The one I had and used all the time cost me about 80 dollars. And I for the life of me can't remember which memory card it was otherwise I would just go buy the same thing. So what do I need to buy. Will be purchasing from Best Buy if that helps any. Thanks for any and all feed back I get.
Added (1). Thinking about going with this one http://www.bestbuy.com/...&cp=7&lp=7 It's smaller then my other one but I'm short on cash and just need it for Christmas portraits and such for right now. Will, this one work properly with my camera?
Added (2). As far as machine gunning it goes. Lol I do that sometimes. Sometimes for artistic reasons. But mostly just to not miss the kiss at a wedding or any other event that happens real quick. (i don't like to re-innact things like that unless I have to, you lose the realness of the situation when you do that.) So I guess I do use my CH option often.

If you are just shooting stills and are not a machinegunner, a handful of Class 4, 4 gb cards (perhaps six) will do the trick.
If you are shooting HD video, you will want Class 6 cards and if shooting Full HD, Class 10 is recommended.
As the Class number increases, so does the cost of the memory card
4 gb Class 4 cards cost less than $10
4 gb Class 10 costs about $15
Where it gets expensive is when for some reason you want a Class 10, 16 gb card… About $75

Get a Sandisk Extreme III, 8 or even 16 GB.
Edit: the Sandisk Extreme is a class 10 card.
