Looking for another Slr camera?
I currently have the nikon d3000 but i'm ready for a new camera for intermediate photographers, what do you suggest?
Ok I now have Nikon D3100 it's amazing… And not that expensive. You can get the new one the Nikon D3200.
If you're ready to step up, and don't want something you'll outgrow quickly if you continue to advance, you should go to the D7000. You will never outgrow this camera unless you become a pro and need the durability and speed of a pro body. I guess some people do advance to FX cameras as amateurs, but most do not. Another alternative, if the D7000 is past your price range is the D300.It's a couple years older than the D7000, but still not outdated by any means.
What do you find lacking in your camera that you find on another camera? If none then you don't need a new camera. If you thought that buying a new camera will make you take better pictures, you're wrong. A newer and better camera will only make it easier for you to take the shot if you know exactly what you are doing.
