Looking for a New Camera Bag?
I want a new camera bag for my Nikon D5100, 18-55mm, a 50 1.8, 70-300, and room for a laptop would also be nice. Any suggestions?

You may be better off getting a laptop bag that could fit a camera than other way around. For e.g. My Tamrac camera sling back is great, it looks like it could hold a laptop or two but when you open it, it has all these sections made for keeping lenses, so it would never house a laptop.
Dolcia makes great camera bags too.
Depends on how and what you are going to use it for. As of this moment, I have too many camera bags. Each one I use for different uses.
I'm going to limit my suggestion to my most used… Pricey but these are the only bags i've never regretted buying.
1.backpack, good day bag and has room for a lot of other stuff. It is also easy to shoot out of.

2.shoulder bag, massive pocket for laptop and loads of stuff. Lots of storage but very difficult to shoot out of. This is more when I need to go from point A to point B without needing to shoot.

3.daily bag. Just normal day things like wallet phone and is used like a purse plus a camera
- Chrome Messenger Bag (with added camera insert)
- you should also check out the rest of the think tank range they have a variety of solutions that are suiable to almost any situation. Between the f-stop Guru, and the Think Tank Urban Disuguise and the Chrome Messenger Bag, I always have a bag for the job.
note: at the moment, I rarely carry my think tank urban disguuse unless I'm brining my laptop (17inch dell)

Think Tank!
The result of owning many bags over the years has convinced me that the bag you buy that can hold everything is too large and heavy to carry.
Nix the laptop idea. While there are some bags that can handle a laptop, you are just adding weight.
My current bag of choice is a Think Tank "Speed Freak" (yes that is it's name), made by Think Tank. After owing multiple Tamrac, LowePro, Tenba, and several low-grade brands throughout the years, I have found that Think Tank bags are better than any of those; both in construction and layout. They are the best bags in my view.

They make dozens of different bags, more than just the Speed Freak, and they do make bags that can handle a laptop too. But the reason I like the Speed Freak is that it is the right size for carrying my DSLR and 2 or 3 lenses, yet it is small enough that it is not cumbersome. It can carry your 70-300 easily.
And especially I like the way your carry it. It is primarily a shoulder bag, but after a few hours of carrying it around - when it stats to make your shoulder ache, you can pull out a waist strap, sort of like a belt, and with the combination of the belt strap and shoulder strap, it takes a lot of load off your shoulders.
I have carried this bag half-way around the world, and it is the most comfortable bag to use for hours at a time.
