Is the sigma 28-135mm aspherical lens compatible with nikon d7000?

I was looking to get the nikon d7000 and I already have the sigma lens I didn't want to have to buy another if the one I have works fine. Does anyone know the answer?

What camera did it go on before? If it was a Canon EOS film or Digital camera, it will ONLY fit Canon cameras
