How to use my NIKON D70 as a card reader?

The Lexar jumpSHOT is not reading my 8GB Extreme III SanDisk Card. The SanDisk support suggested I could use the camera as card reader. How can I connect the NIKON D70 to my PC to get the pictures off the flash card?

Hook your camera to your comuter, turn camera on, and it should show up in Windows Explorer. Go from there.

Use the USB cable that came with the camera to connect the camera to the computer. Use My Computer or Finder to view and move around the files.
