How To Take Great Pictures For A Quinceanera?

I'm honored that my aunt choose me to be a photographer for my cousin 15's. I'm just a beginner and still in high school, So i don't want to lose this opportunity and messed it up.

So my question how to take great pictures AND What to take for a quinceanera? I'm going to use Nikon D80. I Need Tips and Maybe tutorials When The Time Comes.

When I did videos for Quinceaneras, I always tried to grab a shot of the parents (or older siblings, aunts/uncles) crying. They almost always seemed to love those shots to remind them of how they felt at that moment.

Just be sure you know how to shoot indoors, with varying light levels (particularly if you aren't using a strobe). Either way, practice a lot, and be sure and review any important shots immediately after, in case you get an ugly reflection off a window or someone has their eyes closed or a weird expression that the camera happened to catch.
