How do I get photos like this?
I have the same camera (nikon d3000) as this girl but her portraits and lighting and bokeh and everything are so beautiful! How do I get such nice shots?

You learn how to use your camera properly either by taking a class or reading lots of books, then practice for a few years until you get it. Photography is just like everything else in life… It takes lots of time and practice to get good results.

Which ones are yours? Are these all hers?

By the way you've written your question, I assume you mean they are hers, and you wish to emulate her style and technique. If so, then know that she has a way to go herself first.

The only one here that can stand on it's own is "Lied to Thieves." the rest all have problems, no the least of which is that she's using text to get the point across, when the whole point of a picture is that you shouldn't NEED a caption.

As for the images, Dusty Shelf is off-center, the subject is poorly set against the background, and her head angle is such that her hair hides her eyes. Well(,) Baby… Is posed better, but why is it horizontal? The light is too strong from behind, too. The girl's sheer beauty is what's carrying this, but the setup is squandering half the effect.

The rest are forgettable. Either the pose is awkward and unflattering, or the lighting, or the background is wrong. Always look for the background FIRST, then you put your subject in front of it.

If you really with to learn by emulation, which is the best way, get a better bunch of images and do your best to copy the technique exactly, using your own backgrounds and subjects. That girl in the BWs is the prettiest, get her to pose for you, and it will go a long way towards making your pictures look better.

She is manipulating her shutter speed, ISO and aperture to achieve the look she wants. How? Knowledge. She is doing some very light editing/processing in Gimp.
She's using a good lens-the Nikon 50mm f/1.8 which makes achieving that bokeh much easier than the kit lens.
In general she is overexposing just a touch to get the look she's creating-it makes the dreamy skin easier add that to the nice lens and it's a good look.
