How to fix my flash on my camera?

I have a nikon d60 and the flash does not go off. It opens up like normal, but no flash.
I think I bumped or hit the camera which caused this.
How do I fix it for free and without messing up my camera?

You "think" you "bumped" it? You have this very fine camera and you can't take care of it?
You don't fix it… You take it to a pro shop - probably at least $150 plus the flash components they'll have to order.
After you spend that kind of cash to fix your little bump, I'll bet you don't bump it again.

You can't. Ask the store you bought it from where their authorized Nikon service center is and bring your camera there.
